  • You exhibit inappropriate or threatening behavior.

  • The treatment is medically contraindicated.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.

  • Cancellations 24+ hours in advance: No charge.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours: 50% charge applies.

  • No-shows: 100% of the booking fee is charged.

9. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

9.1 Gift vouchers:

  • Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Are valid for 3 months from the issue date.

  • Must be presented at the time of your appointment.

  • Are only valid at our premises.

9.2 Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the voucher becoming void.

10. General Terms

10.1 By emailing us, booking a service, or using our website, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

10.2 These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Puspita Massage Cork regarding your use of the site and services.

10.3 If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

10.4 These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland, unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.
